Maintenance tasks include:

With your maintenance package of choice you will receive the following:

  • Routine updates and revisions on existing pages.
  • Upgrading features
  • Optimizing page content for fast loading
  • Optimizing database
  • Creating regular site backups
  • Link and broken image repairs (not that we'd let there be any).
  • All files updated to your server.
  • Online support of your web site. If you have a question with anything, please e-mail us and we will respond. It's that simple!
  • Monthly you will receive a detailed reporting of what has been done on your account since your last payment and how many hours have been debited from your balance. With these reports you are better able to adjust (if needed) which plan will work best for you in the future.
  • If no changes have been made for an entire calendar month, you will not be billed! Sounds fair to us.

Please note:

  • All prices are subject to change.
  • Updates are completed within 24 hours of the time they are received.
  • "Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp. We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design".
  • Must company don't allow you to roll over any of your unused hour from the previous month. We allow you to roll over up to 2 hours to the next month.
